ROAD AMERICA IS NEXT FOR 17-YEAR-OLD PARKER CHASE

After a double podium, including a victory at the most recent Pirelli World Challenge event at Lime Rock Park, Parker Chase will return to the seat this coming weekend at the iconic Road America. Taking place in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, Chase will pilot the #19 Vertical Bridge / New Braunfels Convention and Visitors Bureau / ProBalance Protein Water / Music Movement Audi R8 GT3 LMS in his quest to continue the success he has garnered in 2018.

“I’m really looking forward to Road America,” explained Chase. “The Bentleys were a bit of a worry to me judging from last year’s qualifying results but I feel that we have a much more competitive car this season. I really like this track and the history it has. I can’t wait to get this weekend started."

Scoring a podium result in every event weekend in 2018, including two victories in two different countries, TruSpeed Autosport and Parker Chase hope to continue their success.

"Parker has really been on a roll recently. The past two race weekends I’ve noticed a huge improvement in his quest to becoming a professional race car driver,” explained Ryan Dalziel, Co-Driver during the PWC SprintX weekends and Driver Coach for Chase on the GTA weekends. “I’m looking forward to that progress continuing at Road America and Parker adding a couple more wins to his resume."

TruSpeed Autosport Team Owner Tyler Tadevic expressed, “Parker has shown leaps and bounds of improvement each and every time in the car and has what it takes to become a legend in sportscar racing if he keeps it up. He has adapted to the Audi R8 GT3 nicely and with him only being 17 years old, he has a very bright future.”

The Road America event weekend is a busy one with seven series in competition. Kicking off this coming Friday with three practice/test sessions, Saturday morning will be reserved for a qualifying run before wheel-to-wheel action for race one commences that afternoon. Race two will take place Sunday after the conclusion of the headline Verizon IndyCar Series event.

Parker would like to thank their marketing partners for their continued support. A big thank you to Vertical Bridge, ProBalance Protein Water, New Braunfels Convention and Visitors Bureau, Sparco, Audi Sport, TruSpeed AutoSport, Ironclad Performance Wear, Justice Brothers, Mothers Polish, Music Movement and RTD Media & Management.
